South View Leadership Lounge is a new concept in executive coaching.  It delivers participants a unique leadership development experience by combining the benefits of individual coaching with peer networking.

Participants attend a series of 5 workshops conducted over a 6-month period.  The workshops utilise South View Consulting's specialist coaching methodology to deliver an interactive program which is further enhanced by the experience of all participants.  Each group has a maximum of 8 members who are drawn from a broad range industries and job functions. The group membership stays constant throughout the course of the program to allow members to build trust in a confidential environment.

The unifying factor is that all members have approximately 8-10 years experience who are all seeking the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and prepare themselves for the next level of responsibility.  Each member shares their unique perspective which delivers a depth and breadth of learning that cannot be replicated by in-house programs.

Workshop topics include:

• Defining your leadership style
• Building an effective team
• Managing complex stakeholders
• Managing your personal brand
• Leading with courage

Groups will be conducted in Melbourne and Sydney commencing in early June.
