South View Consulting was founded by Melissa Rosenthal.

Prior to establishing the business, Melissa built a track record of success and promotion in financial services and management consulting in both Australia and North America.

While this has been her functional focus, throughout her career Melissa has maintained a strong concentration on leadership and people development. It is through this focus that she developed her passion for coaching and developing others.
