Prior to establishing the business, Melissa built a track record of success and promotion in financial services and management consulting in both Australia and North America.
 She has held senior positions in marketing, product development and product management for large organisations including National Australia Bank, Suncorp-Metway and HSBC.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia. She also has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
Melissa has maintained a strong concentration on leadership and people development in all her roles. It is through this focus that she developed her passion for coaching and developing others.
Over her career Melissa directly managed teams from 2-20 people. Her project work has also required leadership and influence of more than 300 people. She credits much of her success in these roles to the time invested in mentoring and coaching team members along the way. "Typically time (and money) invested in people development pays huge dividends when it comes to business results" says Rosenthal.
